One of the many great things about doing a radio show is that we get to play tracks we probably wouldn’t play live – I’d always play the McFadden & Whitehead version at a gig but I thought it would be fun to give Luther’s version a spin on this weeks show. It’s taken from his 1994 “Songs “album – a collection of covers of classic tracks that got him nominations in 4 Grammy categories. It was released a single over here in 1995 and made number 22.
